Description

Erika typewriters were made to be world class fine portable typewriters. The current model is Daro Erika 42 which was made in post war era in 1970s. It was one of the longest-lived Erikas that succeeded the model 32 and was more common than the predecessor in its time. It came with tabulator which was lacking in 32. The earlier models were produced with a hard vanity style carrying case and red lining. It was a brilliant machine with a sturdy body and classy look. A number of famous writers such as David Malouf, Iris Murdoch and Roald Amundsen were users of the Erika. Whether you want to add it to your type writer collection or keep it as a decorative item, it adds depth and interest to your environment!
