Description

This is a very rare, British made Binnacle (Stand) Compass. We found little or no information about the device over the internet. Our experience with nautical antiques tells us that this compass must belong to the World War 2 era (early 1940s). The wood is carefully looked after and the brass is shiny and beautiful. There is a brand name plate in the center of the wooden body.

Note: the device will be polished again before being sold.
