• Perko Incorporation is an American company, which was established originally as  Persky & Co. in 1907; and the original line of products included copper, brass and galvanized steel products including handmade and soldered navigation lights, chart cases and ventilators.  It was named Perkins Marine Lamp Corporation in 1917. Since then, the company underwent various changes in their manufacturing facilities, processes and material but have continued to produce similar products with high quality standards. They expanded their business to non-marine industries, as well, producing household windows and doors, hardware for telecommunication, musical instruments, etc.
• On offer here is a very high quality vintage Perko maritime nautical starboard corner light. It is a large light fabricated from solid brass with green glass lens. It would perfectly in a corner and would have made a very high quality décor for a ship’s deck or interior. The top can be unscrewed to install a light source. Although it is an aged product, yet it is free from any damage or any discoloration or erosion of the body on the whole.
