This is a Vintage 1950’s Bakelite Cased Philips Valve Radio. This is in excellent condition. The radio does take around 60 seconds to warm up. The radio has a Bakelite casing with a brown coloured outer shell and a cream frontage. The front of the radio is a speaker with integrated tuning dials and knobs. It is marked: PHILIPS to the front. The tuning dial has a chromed framed casing with the dial itself being red. The knobs at the front are intact with chromed ends for an elegant finish. They have acquired a discoloration through time. The mains power cable is intact. This is an excellent collectable from the 1950’s.
